Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Sales Enablement to join our Product Marketing Team. This remote role supports the development and delivery of high-impact sales enablement resources across distribution channels, bridging growth strategy with field execution.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Marketing, you will craft multi-audience collateral, B2B2C toolkits, and internal training programs while ensuring compliance and alignment with Open Enrollment timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, broker relations, account management, or corporate training.
• Proven track record building clear, scannable sales assets, training decks, and playbooks for broker audiences.
• Experience navigating CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and digital enrollment tools to track broker engagement metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales operations to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Multi-Audience Collateral: design and deliver high-volume, targeted enablement resources.
• Build B2B2C and Localized Toolkits: create state-specific market materials and enrollment guides.
• Architect Internal Training Programs: design and facilitate a comprehensive curriculum for growth teams.
• Support Strategic Event Execution: partner with Growth and Marketing to manage asset readiness for events and Open Enrollment calendars.
• Optimize the Resource Repository: iterate and maintain a centralized library of market-facing resources.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
