Job summary

Oscar Health in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Sales Trainer & Enablement Associate to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders in English and Spanish.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate complex insurance and technology concepts into practical learning. This role reports to the Head of Lucie Marketing and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Operations.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Experience coaching sales professionals, brokers, or partner organizations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for varied experience levels.
• Experience creating sales enablement content (presentations, guides, videos, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex insurance/healthcare/tech concepts into actionable learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored content and demos to improve win rates and deal velocity.
• Operationalize sales strategies by creating targeted training demos for agents.
• Support sales through tailored materials and trainings.
• Drive platform adoption via onboarding programs.
• Lead webinars in English and Spanish for Lucie and Trove.
• Manage training resources for internal and external use.
• Coordinate webinars: scheduling, setup, registration, facilitation, follow-up.
• Engage participants with interactive formats and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing to align enablement with campaigns.
