Job summary

eMed, LLC is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager in Miami to build and lead the enablement function across sales, BDR, channel, and post‑sales teams. You will own content, training, and process documentation to ensure a self‑sufficient sales team with knowledge stored in systems and documentation.

You will design onboarding, deliver ongoing training, drive adoption of Gong and the revenue tech stack, and measure program impact through ramp time, win rates, and content usage.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, or a quota‑carrying sales role with significant enablement responsibility; B2B healthcare, benefits, or digital health experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs or content libraries from scratch — this is a first‑hire, zero‑to‑one role.
  • Strong writing and instructional design skills; able to turn complex processes and clinical concepts into clear, usable materials.
  • Confident live facilitator, comfortable training groups ranging from new BDRs to senior sellers.
  • Working fluency in Salesforce; experience with conversation intelligence platforms (Gong or similar) and content management/LMS tools a plus.
  • Highly organized self‑starter who can manage competing priorities across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Design and run structured onboarding programs for AEs, BDRs, and channel sellers with clear milestones and certification checkpoints.
  • Deliver ongoing training programs: product and clinical knowledge, sales methodology, competitive positioning, Salesforce and tooling best practices, and skills coaching.
  • Drive adoption of the revenue tech stack — including Gong — using call libraries, snippets, and real‑deal examples to reinforce best practices.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness via ramp time, content usage, certification completion, and win‑rate trends; iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of sales content — decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, objections guides, templates, and case studies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to translate product capabilities and clinical outcomes into compliant, buyer‑facing messaging.
  • Establish a content governance process: version control, reviews, and retirement of outdated materials.
  • Own and improve core sales process documentation, including Salesforce manuals, stage definitions, and deal procedures.
  • Work with RevOps to roll out process changes and ensure field understanding, turning leadership decisions into adopted process.
