Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales enablement or operations, plus 2+ years documenting user requirements for sales users. Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and Sales Enablement platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years defining and documenting user requirements for sales users.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interview sales reps and managers to identify friction points.
• Define business logic for new dashboards and tools.
• Tie every data request to a specific sales outcome.
• Act as Beta Tester for internal resources to ensure value.
• Track KPIs and report findings to inform decisions.
• Identify efficiency gaps and recommend tools or content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and IT to boost efficiency.
