Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Analyst in Boston to lead performance analytics and risk attribution initiatives. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to explain performance outcomes and drive improvements in data accuracy.

Responsibilities include delivering fund-level analytics, supporting large-scale ad hoc reporting, and maintaining automated templates while advancing risk reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investment risk, performance analytics, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Create custom analyses and reporting for client, business, and investment requests.
• Analyze across funds, portfolios, and reporting periods, completing large RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc data requests.
• Execute performance measurement and attribution analysis across asset classes.
• Deliver fund-level analytics to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Partner with portfolio managers to explain performance and risk outcomes.
• Maintain automated templates and reporting solutions.
• Produce and review recurring risk and performance reports.
• Investigate and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Support process automation and workflow improvements.
