Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking an Institutional CRM & Data Analyst to join the Distribution Intelligence team. The role independently owns recurring and project-based data-management processes for CRM data such as client, contact, account, and coverage data, ensuring trusted data for analytics across sales, client service, reporting and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years in data management within asset management, strong CRM data experience, familiarity with MMD or eVestment, and

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of data management, governance, CRM experience.
• Experience with institutional asset-management data and CRM data models.
• Experience with MMD or eVestment datasets preferred.
• Ability to translate business rules into data requirements.
• Experience in UAT and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Own BAU and project data-management initiatives for Institutional CRM data.
• Review and resolve CRM data questions from Sales and Client Service.
• Define data-quality rules and validations for assigned data domains.
• Document processes, dictionaries, and coach junior analysts.
