Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a sales enablement specialist to act as a force multiplier across the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to streamline processes and prepare compelling materials.

You will build scalable GTM workflows using AI tools, CRM, and SQL, manage proposals and briefs, track follow-ups, and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders to accelerate deals. This role requires sharp communication and data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in sales support, operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent with AI tools, CRM, and data analysis.
