Alpaca is seeking a highly organized Sales Analyst to support and increase the effectiveness of our growing sales organization. You will work with Sales leadership and Account Executives across the sales cycle, helping with account strategy, customer meetings, and deal documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, business operations, account management, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer research, meeting preparation, presentations, materials, and follow-up.
• Prepare account briefs and background materials for strategic meetings.
• Coordinate customer proposals, pricing materials, and business cases.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
• Track follow-ups and commitments to ensure completion.
