Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a highly organized Sales Analyst to support and optimize our sales organization. You will work with Sales leadership and Account Executives across the cycle to prepare meetings, craft proposals, and coordinate resources.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, data-driven materials, and go-to-market workflows. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to keep materials accurate and current.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, business operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, polished materials.
• Comfortable working with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and senior executives.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling customer and commercial information.
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs without significant direction.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them through completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer research, meeting preparation, presentations, materials, and follow-up.
• Prepare account briefs and background materials for strategic customer and executive meetings.
• Prepare and coordinate customer proposals, pricing materials, business cases, presentations, and other deal-related documentation.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and deliverables required to move opportunities forward.
• Track key customer follow-ups and ensure completion of actions.
• Maintain and organize sales collateral, presentations, product materials, FAQs, and competitive info.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance to keep materials accurate.
• Assist in developing sales playbooks, templates, and enablement resources.
• Support new-hire onboarding, product education, and ongoing sales training.
• Assist with sales meetings, reviews, and leadership discussions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to track priorities and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve information sharing across the sales team.
• Support special projects across the Sales organization.
• Act as a force multiplier by standardizing or automating recurring work.
