Job summary

Cengage is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the sales process with key administrative activities such as content mapping, order processing, billing reviews, and contract alignment.

You will update Salesforce, pull CRM reports, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to plan selling strategies and ensure smooth handoffs across territories. The role requires at least two years of sales or customer interaction experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales execution and administrative operations.
• Plan, organize, and support selling strategies with sales leadership.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support enabling revenue-generating activity.
• Update and maintain Salesforce, including opportunity, account, contact, activity, and territory information.
• Pull and organize CRM and Sales Operations reports to support analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing and billing reviews.
