Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results.
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identifying selling skill gaps, then building and implementing development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
• Take ownership of the store's overall sales performance and accountability across store functions.
• Keep score daily by reviewing key sales metrics and adjusting strategy as needed.
• Open and close store operations and ensure daily tasks are completed.
