Victra is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Verizon Wireless store. You will coach your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while meeting store and personal sales targets.

You will drive the business with daily sales planning, training, and ongoing coaching, ensuring brand standards and strong customer service. You will collaborate across departments, manage operations, and motivate the team to achieve continuous performance improvements, including training and weekly leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership roles.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
