The candidate will be highly visible in the market, pursue new business, expand product categories, and ensure daily in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in plumbing or construction.
• Strong relationships with plumbing contractors, builders, remodelers, and other trade professionals.
• Willingness to be in the office daily and manage a branch.
• Ability to grow market share and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and gross-profit goals.
• Proactively pursue new customers and new business opportunities within the local market.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the plumbing trades.
• Regularly visit customers and job sites to understand needs and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Grow sales with existing customers by expanding product categories and services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and coordinate opportunities through completion.
• Identify market trends and competitive activity to increase market share.
• Participate in customer meetings, contractor events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with inside and outside sales to maximize opportunities.
