LPHI | K9 Resorts, located at Greece, NY, seeks a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver luxury service for our dog guests and their owners. You will drive guest experience, sales, and VIP impressions while supporting day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Ideal candidates show a passion for pets, strong communication, and a sales mindset. You must be comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office, and weekend/holiday availability is required.

• Strong customer-service and sales orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 5-Star service via phone, in-person, and email.
• Convert inquiries into reservations and tours into enrollments.
• Recommend services, packages, and upgrades tailored to each pet.
• Lead engaging tours of our luxury facility and act as brand ambassador.
