Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer in the NEW McKinney club. The role combines expert training with proactive gym sales to grow your book of business.

You will deliver training sessions, generate leads, and drive retention while collaborating with a team to provide a premium member experience. Certifications, sales drive, and flexible hours are valued.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized trainer cert (NASM/ACE/NSCA) preferred.
• Proven success in PT and delivering client results.
• Sales experience or ability to close leads and build relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct Kickoff Sessions with new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients through value, rapport, and handling objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track client progress and communicate results to ensure motivation.
• Maintain a clean, organized training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.
