Crunch Fitness in McKinney North is seeking a driven Personal Training Manager to lead sales growth, coach trainers, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will recruit and develop a high‑performing PT team, manage personal training programs, monitor performance, and foster a welcoming, fast‑paced club environment with growth potential.

This leadership role offers earning potential of $90K–$150K+ with base, commission, and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or better
• CPR certification required
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM) required

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to deliver a world-class fitness experience for every client.
• Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services to build a strong fitness community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.

Education
