Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings Frisco is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead and grow the personal training program in our Frisco club.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor a high‑performance team, drive PT revenue through effective sales strategies, and deliver a world‑class experience for every member. This role offers strong earning potential and clear opportunities for rapid career growth within Crunch Fitness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee PT programs to deliver world-class member experiences.
• Track PT sales, client retention, and trainer performance to exceed goals.
• Foster member relationships and actively promote PT services.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and compliance with policies.
