Job summary

Sky Building Materials is seeking a General Manager to lead our Tulsa facility. You will own branch operations and drive revenue growth across our nationwide customer base. You will directly manage a local team of 6-12 while collaborating with our Dallas HQ team of 80+ professionals.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, profitability, and cross-functional operations, with a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of commercial glass and architectural aluminium profiles
• Proven ability to win commercial accounts and drive revenue growth
• Experience managing P&L, HR, finance, and compliance with leadership responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with truckload shipments, nationwide logistics, and freight operations
• Excellent communication to align local teams with remote corporate leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: lead commercial sales strategies, win key accounts, and grow revenue for glass and aluminium products nationwide
• Logistics & Freight Oversight: manage multi-state distribution, scheduling, routes, and freight operations from Tulsa
• Reporting & Analytics: create KPI reports on sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and efficiency for leadership
• Branch Operations & Management: run daily Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal compliance
• Team Leadership: build, mentor 6-12 Tulsa staff and coordinate with Dallas HQ
• Corporate Collaboration: work with 80+ HQ staff to streamline operations and ensure support
