Job summary

Sky Building Materials in Tulsa seeks a dynamic General Manager to own the Tulsa branch, drive nationwide revenue growth, and oversee Sales, Operations and Finance. You will lead a 6–12 person team and coordinate with Dallas HQ.

Require deep knowledge of commercial glass and architectural aluminium systems, a proven track record in winning key accounts, and strong leadership to align local ops with corporate strategy. Base salary is $60,500 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of commercial glass and architectural aluminium profiles.
• Proven track record of winning commercial accounts and driving revenue growth.
• 5+ years of senior management experience including P&L, HR, finance, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with nationwide logistics and freight operations.
• Strong communication and alignment with remote corporate leadership in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial sales strategies and win key accounts to grow national revenue.
• Direct multi-state distribution and manage truckload logistics from Tulsa.
• Generate and present KPI reports on sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and efficiency.
• Direct all daily branch operations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal compliance.
• Build and mentor a 6–12 person team in Tulsa; collaborate with Dallas HQ.
