Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: lead commercial sales strategies, win key accounts, and grow revenue for glass and aluminium products nationwide
Logistics & Freight Oversight: manage multi-state distribution, scheduling, routes, and freight operations from Tulsa
Reporting & Analytics: create KPI reports on sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and efficiency for leadership
Branch Operations & Management: run daily Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal compliance
Team Leadership: build, mentor 6-12 Tulsa staff and coordinate with Dallas HQ

In this role, you will take full ownership of branch operations and drive revenue expansion across our customer base nationwide. While overseeing all core business functions, your primary focus and main metric of success will be sales growth and business development.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth (Main Takeaway): Actively lead commercial sales strategies, win key accounts, and drive revenue growth for commercial glass, aluminium profiles, and commercial door and window systems to customers nationwide.
Logistics & Freight Oversight: Direct multi-state and nationwide distribution, managing heavy truckload scheduling, freight routes, and full/partial truckload logistics out of the Tulsa facility.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate, analyze, and present key performance indicator (KPI) reports regarding sales metrics, branch profitability, inventory turnover, and operational efficiencies to corporate leadership.
Full Branch Operations & Departmental Management: Directly manage all daily functions at the facility including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal compliance.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of 6-12 staff members in Tulsa.
Corporate Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our 80+ employee headquarters team in Dallas, TX, to streamline operations, maintain compliance, and leverage corporate support.

Qualifications

Industry Background Required: Deep technical knowledge of commercial glass, architectural aluminium profiles, and commercial door and window systems.
Proven Sales Champion: Demonstrated track record of personally winning commercial accounts and driving revenue expansion in industrial or construction materials distribution.
Executive Leadership: 5+ years of senior management experience managing P&L, HR, finance, legal compliance, and operational reporting.
Logistics Acumen: Hands-on experience managing truckload shipments, nationwide logistics, and freight operations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to manage local teams while maintaining daily alignment with remote corporate leadership in Dallas.

Compensation

$60,500 plus commission and bonus to earn over $350,000 annually
