Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc in Salt Lake Valley is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our in-house sales team. The role is remote, with required visits to headquarters for live trainings, and runs Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation is $22.25/hour. You will handle a high-volume of customer calls with a sales focus, perform cross-sell and up-sell activities, provide product knowledge and technical support, and collaborate closely with our outside sales

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience is ideal.
• Dental industry background is a plus.
• Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• A positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume customer service calls with a focus on sales.
• Cross-sell and up-sell to educate customers on products on inbound calls.
• Provide technical support to customers on product related questions.
• Work closely with our outside sales force.
