Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking an Equipment Concern Representative to support our Equipment Customer Service team. You will receive, document, investigate, and help resolve customer questions about Ultradent equipment, instructions, and procedures.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document issues, and help identify trends to improve our products and processes. This is an onsite day-shift role with a focus on empathetic, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling equipment service inquiries and returns.
• Ability to document and track issues across multiple systems.
• Comfortable with onsite, day-shift work.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, emails, and tickets related to equipment repairs and inquiries.
• Guide customers on service expectations and next steps.
• Manage repairs and returns, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and support customers.
• Accurately document and track work across systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and how we operate.
