Local Staffing Company in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Sales focused Branch Manager to lead our temporary labor staffing operations. The role requires management experience or outside sales background in a fast-paced environment.

You will dispatch staff, manage outside sales, assist in HR tasks, and maintain client and employee records. A 2+ year track record, strong communication, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in management or supervisory role or outside sales.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse employee population.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs and have strong computer skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Labor staffing experience and bilingual is not required but beneficial.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily sales activity.
• Ability to travel for training purposes.
• Ability to work in high stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch temporary labor staff to various job sites by preparing work time tickets and directing employees to job site locations.
• Daily outside sales activity meeting with potential clients.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and HR procedures.
• Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility and assist applicants with employment processes.
• Maintain and update employee files and customer records.
• Conduct employee safety reviews and job site accident reports.
• Weekly billing of customers.
• Risk and accident management by filing timely reports.
• Take employees to job sites and pick up when necessary.
• Manage inventory records.
• Answer the telephone and assist customers with orders, invoice issues, or other requests.
