Job summary

TransImpact, LLC is hiring a Director of Sales – Supply Chain Planning to lead a remote sales team, drive new business, and close opportunities. You’ll coach teams, deliver compelling presentations, and manage client portfolios with a data-driven approach.

The role travels for client engagements and trade shows. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales leadership, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with a background in B2B and parcel logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• At least 5 years in sales management, remote
• C-Level B2B sales and account management experience; parcel industry valued
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret contracts
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales team to identify and develop new clients and partnerships
• Train and ensure the Sales team communicates TransImpact’s value proposition
• Oversee and prioritize sales activities to meet annual KPIs
• Ensure CRM compliance and data accuracy
• Plan and oversee client business portfolios aligned with company directives
• Respond to sales inquiries promptly and follow up using approved methods
• Utilize and maintain sales tools (MS Office, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
• Develop and implement business processes to boost team effectiveness
• Foster profitable relationships through internal and external communication
