Job summary

Vitality Living in Germantown, TN is seeking a Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and revenue optimization in our senior living community. You will design and execute sales plans, manage move-ins, and maximize market rates while maintaining exceptional resident relations.

In this role, you will leverage CRM systems, direct a sales team, and collaborate with marketing to articulate the community’s value. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in senior living sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Expertise in sales strategy execution and lead management with CRM proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Develop plans for occupancy, move-ins, and sales effectiveness in the REV Plan.
• Craft narratives to articulate the community’s value to prospects.
• Tailor interactions to meet prospect needs and drive next steps.
• Maintain CRM data and support accurate occupancy reporting.
• Collaborate in daily alignment and share data in Welcome Home and Yardi systems.
