Job summary

Vitality Living in Louisville, KY is seeking a Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our senior living community. You will lead sales and marketing plans, build relationships with prospective residents and referral partners, and ensure a high-quality, personalized move-in experience.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or business degree, 3+ years in senior living sales, strong CRM and analytics skills, and a people-first leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of successful sales and leasing experience, preferably in senior living.
• Expertise in sales strategy execution and lead management with CRM and competitive analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including CRM, training, and competitive intelligence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing market rates.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing plans focused on move-ins and outreach.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and referral partners with personalized experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversions, and CRM data for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide pricing and positioning.
• Collaborate with community leadership and regional sales teams toward goals.
• Train and support sales backup team members for consistent customer experiences.
