Qualifications

• Progressive, commissioned sales with quota responsibility.
• Experience leading a sales team or player/coach role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through cold-calling, networking, referrals and strategic accounts.
• Lead Private Events sales team and contribute to club revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow new, repeat, and referral business.
• Forecast revenue, monitor activity, and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Coach team on discovery, tours, value-based selling, and negotiations.
• Deliver compelling club tours and create a differentiated client experience.
