Job summary

PX is the leading platform for the digital customer acquisition industry, connecting advertisers with millions of high-quality leads in Home Services and other verticals. The Sales Director, Home Services, will own and grow PX's client book, driving new business and expanding relationships with contractors and service providers.

Reporting to the GM of Home Services, you will collaborate with CSM, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate revenue, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in lead generation or performance marketing.
• Hitting or exceeding revenue quotas in home services or related markets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPL/CPA pricing and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting using CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Home Services advertisers from prospecting to closing.
• Develop territory/vertical sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-level home services accounts (roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and expansion revenue.
• Negotiate terms, pricing structures, and volume commitments with clients.
