Job summary

PX Inc. is seeking a Sales Director for Home Services to own and grow the advertiser portfolio, drive new business, and expand existing partnerships across roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, and remodeling.

You will lead a data-driven, negotiation-focused strategy to meet revenue targets and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth. The role reports to the General Manager of Home Services and offers a competitive base salary with commissions and clear career development opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in lead generation or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue quotas in B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of CPL/CPA pricing models and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting expertise.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Home Services advertisers — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing new client relationships
• Develop and execute a territory/vertical sales strategy to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise-level home services accounts (roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, remodeling, etc.)
• Partner with Client Strategy and CSM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and drive expansion revenue within existing accounts
• Represent PX's value proposition — dynamic pricing, lead quality, transparency — to prospective advertisers
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence within the home services lead-gen space to inform strategy
• Collaborate with the GM of Home Services on forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting to leadership
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures (CPL/Platform Fee), and volume commitments with clients
