Job summary

Chicken N Pickle seeks a Director of Sales to lead our venue's event and catering sales efforts. You will mentor the sales team, develop strategic plans, and partner with operations to maximize bookings and revenue.

You will own market research, promotions, client relationships, and the execution of the sales strategy to grow our venue's presence in the community while maintaining guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Owns event and catering sales strategy for the venue.

• Develops and deploys marketing promotions to close business.
• Mentors and trains team; supports recruiting and onboarding.
• Ensures accurate event details (BEO) and guest experience.
