Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead a high-energy sales organization responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic account leadership across ERP deals. You will partner with executive leadership to define sales strategies, forecast performance, and ensure execution that aligns with company goals.

You will coach and scale a field sales team, build lasting customer relationships, negotiate at the C-suite level, and collaborate with product and services teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading ERP software sales teams or equivalent
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to coach and develop reps toward C-level relationship selling
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration
