About the Role

Our EMEA and APAC Sales teams collaborate with some of the world's largest institutions, offering software, AI, and data insights to address complex challenges in the electronics supply chain. We seek a strategic, dynamic sales leader to elevate our customer engagement and expand our AI and data solutions across industries and regions. Work Arrangement

Fully remote with willingness to travel.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Lead full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Develop and implement a repeatable B2B SaaS solution sales process, identifying high-value use cases and scaling across industries and regions.
  3. Establish processes and KPIs for pipeline management, new logo acquisition, and revenue growth, aiming to surpass industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and customer experience teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  5. Create business plans for key customers and strategic selling programs in EMEA & APAC.
  6. Build relationships with partners and channels to extend reach and cross-sell solutions.
  7. Develop customer profiles to identify needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  8. Mentor and develop the sales team, setting objectives and standards, and coaching on sales approaches.
  9. Implement ROI-based strategic plans for market expansion and new offerings in partnership with strategy, marketing, and product teams.
  10. Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to strengthen strategic relationships and business outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement >$20mm.
  • Deep experience selling B2B software & data solutions like supply chain software, PLM, ERP, CRM, ALM, or AI & Data.
  • Proven full-cycle sales success with large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS sales teams and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in value-selling techniques including problem identification, ROI metrics, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to identify customer problems and align solutions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational insight.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptive, eager to learn, lead, and coach.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven growth and strategy optimization.
  • Ability to build trust and drive organizational change.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
