Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Looking to elevate your sales management capabilities through working with a dynamic team?

We are actively recruiting a highly motivated Sales Director responsible for leading a high-achieving Sales Team across North America.

Our client seeks an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual to inspire the next generation of sales talent in a dynamic market segment.

Location: Remotely based in New York Metro Area.

How will you add value:
  • Create and implement the Sales Strategy for the North American market
  • Complete strategic and coaching oversight for a growing sales team with P&L responsibility.
  • Lead and manage the profitability of key accounts across the Company's portfolio of products.
  • Acquire an in-depth technical understanding of the Company's current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
  • Negotiate, monitor, and implement a pricing strategy by global guidelines.
  • Implement key strategies to motivate and develop the sales team while aligning with company objectives.
To be considered for this role you will require:
  • A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, and/or Business Disciplines
  • 10 years experience in the cosmetic, packaging or personal care industries.
  • 3-5 years experience leading a sales team with the ability to coach, mentor and manage a group of high-performing individuals to meet set company goals.
  • Demonstrated proven record of successfully developing and executing sales and margin growth strategies, with the ability to grow existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
  • History of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales strategy to deliver sales revenue.
  • Willingness to travel across North America and internationally when required.
