Our client is a global, end-to-end Premedia and content services firm with four distinct business verticals - Image editing and Graphic Design, Packaging Prepress, End to End Digital Publishing and Digital Content Creation.
They are part of an $ Billion conglomerate, which has business interests across manufacturing, printing, technology, education, healthcare and others.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to drive business growth by acquiring projects from OTT players and content providers. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and a proven track record in selling creative services such as image editing, video editing, adaptation, localisations and AV-related post-production. (This role is based remotely in the USA).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities from OTT platforms and entertainment brands, focusing on post-production services such as image editing, video editing, audio/video finishing, adaptations, localisations SFX and VFX. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth across new segments and regions, with an annual goal of acquiring 6 to 10 global clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including producers, editors, studio executives, and content heads at OTT platforms and production houses.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and reporting on key performance metrics.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs particularly in the US OTT market to inform sales strategies and client proposals.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (production, client services, technology) to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of projects.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build visibility and cultivate new business relationships.
Key Experience:
7+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a successful track record of acquiring major clients, particularly in the North American entertainment market.
Deep network within the Entertainment and OTT ecosystem, including studios, post-production houses, and content creators.
Proven experience selling creative services, especially image adaptation and video editing, is highly desirable.
Strong background in media, entertainment, or post-production sales, with at least 5years in a client-facing role
