Bridge Senior Living is seeking a charismatic Sales and Marketing Director to join the leadership team in Orlando. The role drives top-line revenue by maintaining occupancy, census, and rate targets, while leading direct selling and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in senior living sales, proven occupancy success, and a strong grasp of market competitors. Compensation includes competitive bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and strong leadership support.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in occupancy and business development.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence (and liability insurance) for business development.

Responsabilidades

• Direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date YARDI database.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Strong knowledge of competitors, services, rates and competitive analysis.
• Plan resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.

Qualifications of an ideal Sales and Marketing Director:

• A valid driver's license in the state of residence (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for business development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in terms of occupancy and business development.

Sales and Marketing Director Job Summary:

A Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for driving top line revenue for the community by maintaining and exceeding budgeted occupancy, average daily census, and rate per unit revenue targets.

• Accountable for direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
