Bridge Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead revenue growth for the community, focusing on occupancy, census, and rate targets.

You will oversee direct selling, business development, marketing planning, budget management, and competitive analysis, building relationships with residents and referrals, reporting to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license in the state of residence and liability insurance to use a personal vehicle for business development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in occupancy and business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line revenue by maintaining and exceeding budgeted occupancy, census, and rate targets.
• Direct selling, business development and achieving quotas.
• Maintain an accurate YARDI database.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Stay informed on competitors, services, rates, and conduct competitive analyses.
• Plan resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.
