  • Revenue Maximiser: Take full accountability for sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of annual revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Cultivator: Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Market Insight Expert: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Marketing Strategist: Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive demand.

  • Travel-Ready Promoter: The job will involve a lot of overseas and domestic travel for product and service promotion.
Experience Required
  • 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the PR, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • B2B Focus: Extensive experience in selling to B2B clients and developing long-term, sustainable relationships.
  • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Qualification Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and experience in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Training Period

Objective:
The primary focus during the training period is to ensure that the Sales Director is well-integrated into Moris Media’s culture, understands our service offerings, and can develop a strategic approach to achieve sales targets.

Key Activities and Expectations
  • Role Flexibility: The Sales Director can choose to work individually or manage a sales team.
  • Business Target: Achieve business targets equivalent to 10 times the basic salary.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and revenue achieved.
  • Salary Justification: If the business target is not achieved, the Sales Director will receive 40% of their basic salary.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
Job Location

Moris Media offers a flexible, hybrid work model. While the position is currently remote, employees have the autonomy to structure their work hours based on their location. The company will reimburse any travel expenses incurred for work-related purposes.
