Job summary

The Bridger Group, a leading manufacturer of cold storage doors, seeks a Director of Sales to lead the sales organization and drive growth in the United States. This role reports to leadership and oversees 11 independent agencies plus 2 direct sales representatives.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, motivate agency partners, and build strong relationships with customers to expand the business in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience within material handling, cold storage, or a related industry.
• Strong track record of sales success and business development.
• National sales experience will be considered for candidates without direct leadership experience.
