Job summary

Convergint is launching a 2027 College Development Program – Sales in Wichita, KS. This full-time role begins with a six-month training path to equip you with knowledge, tools, and resources, followed by field sales experience prospecting and cultivating client relationships.

You will collaborate with premier partners, identify opportunities, and deliver proposals through a team-focused, outcomes-driven culture. A college degree and 1–3 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and prospect new opportunities.
