About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding B2B SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads primarily for the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will focus on engaging with accountants to introduce our software and schedule product demos, utilizing both inbound leads from conferences and outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in the accounting industry, nurturing them through the sales process until they book a demo.
  • Lead Qualification & Outreach: Engage with leads from both inbound sources (conferences, webinars) and cold outreach (via calls and emails), qualifying them and ensuring they are ready for a demo.
  • Achieve KPIs: Meet a monthly target of demos booked, consistently tracking progress and adapting strategies to meet goals.
  • CRM Management: Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to manage leads, track outreach efforts, and ensure smooth pipeline progression. While the systems are still being refined, your input will help optimize their use.
  • Pipeline Growth: Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales process, ensuring a healthy pipeline through constant prospecting, follow-up, and outreach.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a BDR or similar sales role, preferably working with English-speaking companies.
  • Language Skills: Native English level
  • Cold Calling: Confidence and skill in cold calling, since it will be 80% of your time work
  • Location: Based in LATAM with a reliable internet connection.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • Background: finance, accounting, or business is not required, but it would be an asset
