What You'll Do

Drive Growth Through Smart Prospecting

• Call qualified leads and book appointments with business decision-makers
• Execute outbound campaigns using our AI-powered sales process
• Track all sales activities using our CRM and reporting tools
• Convert opportunities into high-ticket deals through consultative selling
• Receive daily support, training, and real-time analytics to keep improving

Build Lasting Relationships

• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
• Provide feedback to refine scripts, campaigns, and product positioning
• Partner with marketing and leadership to improve outreach and generate qualified opportunities

Skills & Experience

Essential Experience

• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in closing or outbound roles
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals in a remote setting
• Coachable and open to continuous learning

Bonus Qualifications

• Interest in tech or sales automation
