Hi there! We are Scale Up, and our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative in the SaaS Industry

Location:
Remote (LATAM preferred)
Type: Full-time contractor
Time Zone: Availability to work MST or EST hours

As an innovative startup, they are dedicated to revolutionizing how businesses handle communication and enhance their interaction strategies through cutting-edge AI technology.

About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will take inbound leads generated through form submissions and jump on scheduled calls to close the sale. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline using Close CRM and tracking interactions using spreadsheets. This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is confident, resourceful, and experienced in closing sales in a remote SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with inbound leads generated through the website form
- Conduct sales calls to understand prospect needs and close the deal
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Close CRM
- Track lead progress and results using spreadsheets
- Communicate regularly with the team via Slack
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding post-sale
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
-Experience working remotely with U.S. or Canada-based startups
-Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Close CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Available to work during EST or MST hours
