Job summary

Wing Assistant is hiring a Bilingual Part-Time Sales Development Representative (Spanish-English) for a remote role in the United States. You will handle inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and manage cadences in Salesforce to schedule meetings.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities. This position offers paid training and opportunities for growth within a fully remote team.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Handle inbound leads during your shift
2. Conduct outbound prospecting to schedule meetings and appointments.
3. Manage and execute specific cadences through Salesforce for different customer scenarios (e.g., follow-ups with previous customers)
4. Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP ( preferably Salesforce CRM)
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details

Technical Requirements:

Salary Package per month:

$560 - $680 (depending on match rate and experience)
