What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own top-of-funnel outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to drive engagement
- Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives by surfacing interest in accounts
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce for tech-enabled prospecting
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing on targeting and messaging
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development within a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles, preferably in B2B Cybersecurity
- Strong communication skills that are clear, confident, and persuasive
- Comfortable with outbound volume and proactive in reaching targets
- Highly organized with solid experience in CRM and sales technology (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.)
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
