Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative Manager to join our team at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. This opportunity is a critical role in Managing a dynamic Sales Development team. Helping the team thrive in achieving and exceeding sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead, coach, and scale our dynamic SDR team. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving demand generation, optimizing outreach strategies, and developing top-tier sales talent. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine processes, maximize lead conversion, and build/expand our customer base.

What You will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the SDR team to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Drive sales pipeline growth by optimizing outreach, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and effectiveness.
  • Develop coaching programs to enhance SDR skills in prospecting, engagement, and consultative selling.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, refine strategies, and optimize efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align demand generation efforts with overall revenue goals.
  • Implement and maintain CRM best practices (HubSpot preferred) to ensure data hygiene and efficiency.
  • Represent Apex at industry events and trade association meetings as needed.
What You will bring:
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing SDRs or inside sales teams.
  • Experience in Tech, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales automation tools.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing sales development reps.
  • Passion for coaching, motivating, and optimizing team performance.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage team and demo product within a virtual environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
