No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided. The role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped bonuses, with expected first-year earnings between $90,000 and $100,000+.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression for the agency.
• Identify customer insurance needs through meaningful conversations.
• Qualify prospects based on agency guidelines.
• Complete qualified live transfers to licensed insurance producers.
• Accurately document conversations and customer information in our CRM.
• Follow established scripts, sales processes, and compliance standards.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Work collaboratively with producers to maximize customer experience and agency growth.
• Participate in coaching sessions, sales training, and team meetings.
• Represent Ironwood Insurance with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
