Key Responsibilities
- Execute on the weekly SDR marketing plan to generate leasing volume growth with existing vendors.
- Contribute to the overall design and messaging of the SDR marketing plan.
- Deliver a sales message consistent with the marketing script and evaluate the overall quality and volume opportunity with accounts, schedule appointments with vendors and the corresponding Account Manager.
- Coordinate weekly with the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to establish content that will be delivered to customers for the following week.
- Consistently make approximately 40 outbound marketing calls per day and document relevant information in Salesforce.
- Develop a social media presence and strategy to build a professional network and deliver marketing messages to customers.
- Ensure delivery of a quality portfolio as measured by volume, delinquency, yield, etc.
- Attend during business hours with minimal absences; attendance includes participation in occasional out-of-town work that requires nights and weekends.
- Live GreatAmerica’s principles and participate in cross‑functional team efforts as required and assigned.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and judgment to make appropriate decisions.
- Strong negotiation and follow‑through skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
