PHMG is a global leader in audio branding and is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is an office-based role at 2525 East Camelback Road with no weekend work.

You will conduct outbound B2B calls, qualify prospects, and book high-value appointments while pursuing ambitious targets. The position offers structured progression and coaching from experienced leaders in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000 - $90,000
• Uncapped commission - top SDRs earn $145,000+
