Job summary

PHMG is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Tampa as part of a brand-new office. This entry-level role offers structured training, rapid progression, and uncapped earning potential.

You will join a founding team helping shape culture and set the standard from day one. Base salary increases up to $80,000 with On Target Earnings of $80,000–$90,000 in Year 1 for our SDRs, plus uncapped commission and monthly incentives.
