As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads for our sales team
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, assess their needs, and qualify them as potential business opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and feedback in our CRM system.
Feedback & Collaboration: Share insights and feedback with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
Relentless & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting and exceeding targets.
Resilient & Adaptable: You don’t get discouraged by rejection—you see it as part of the process.
Excellent Communicator: Strong English skills with minimal accent are a must.
Fast Learner: You’re eager to adapt to new sales techniques and tools.

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time)
